My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

How hard would it be or how expensive would it be to create this roof

Over an exisisting deck with 7 posts? Two connected to a couple of steps leading to the polygon and the existing deck is trex. Love the shade provided.
