Are the white facades smooth stucco?

I was wondering if the light colored areas of the exterior of the home were done with a stucco or plaster or something similar? Any information you can provide about the material would be greatly appreciated :)

Yes, it is a stucco system. We chose to do a 3-coat system with lath and a smooth trowel finish using a drainage plane behind the lath to allow the wall to breathe better and not retain moisture given the humid southern climate. Good luck with your project!
