We are renovating the pool surround at a large vacation home in Captiva Island, FL.
Pool deck is too narrow for white chaise loungers already in place along left side as that is the direct pathway into the kitchen from the main pool entry to the house.

Grill area under sun being renovated to add a bar area and new grill station.

We want to put sofas and more comfortable seating but the depth from wall to columns is only about 30" and it's tough to create a conversation area. It's about 90" wide between the columns.
I'd appreciate any ideas do make some gathering areas along the right side of the pool. The left side will get the loungers as it's the perfect sun spot.

Images attached show current layout and navy sofa and chairs show ideas of layout. We have not picked the style of seating yet. Needs to fit home design--modern, clean lines and very durable.
