It's hard to tell from your link how textured that tile is, but we have a textured one and have not had any problems keeping them clean. Our bathroom was finished in October. The tile we used is also 12x24:

leela4, thanks for responding. it feels like fine lines going down the length of the tile. I've seen similar tiles like the ones I'm looking at everywhere including HD and Costco (just different colors from the ones I want).

No problem cleaning the textured tile in our MB.

The texture is generally pretty slight. More visual than physical. I think if you clean it at all, it will all get clean! The people I've read who have had hesitations have been speculating, not speaking from experience. Ours is on the floor and is fine. Nice and "grippy", too.

I moved into my new home in February the master bathroom tile is Belgian linen a light blueish color the workmen did not remove their shoes during final construction and tracked the red soil from around house on to the floor. It now looks a dinge green ish color I put an extra tile down on floor beside it and there is a big color difference.

I am trying to figure out how to restore it too that original color. I have vacuumed and mopped several times with no improvement....

Only thing I've found that works on this awful "linen" tile is magic erasers. I get the bulk packs on amazon(off brand) and get down on my hands and knees and scrub. I use vinegar and water to clean with and then rinse with cheese cloth towels and hot water. one tile at a time. I will NEVER buy this tile again.

Thank you for the tip to use a magic eraser to clean linen tile! It worked great! I did not know that this type of tile would collect everything due to the grippy texture, but the magic eraser did the trick - now I'm not regretting the purchase because it does look beautiful when it's clean and has good slip-resistance.
