My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Cushion covers that comes with the set aren't Sumbrella, but we sure can upgrade if you need. Usually, is necessary with bright colors as Sumbrella has 5 year fading guarantee. With light neutral colors is not that important, but we sure can upgrade to Sumbrella, no problem.

    I like this set but would want to get a mid grey sunbrella fabric. What would the cost be, and can you ship to Canada?

    The wicker doesn't seem to last longer than three years, so not sure the sunbrella is a good investment
