Abused Bridalwreath Spirea

The landlords next door removed a tree on their property and 3 of my spireas fell victim to falling branches. What should I do to get it lush and full again? Thanks.

It will grow back. I don't think there's anything you can actually do other than cut back broken damaged branches. And it looks as if you have already done that.

If you cut it back to the ground.....all of it.....you will be thrilled with the appearance of the spirea in a very short time. I wouldn't leave any of the gangly unbroken branches.
