My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I need Garbage disposal help, please

Right forum??? Bought a new garbage disposal with recommendations from the Garden Web forum. They said to buy at least a 1/2 hp and stainless insides and don't use Badgers as they are builder grade. So I buy one on Amazon - Insinkerator with 3/4hp and stainless insides.

Waiting for hubby to install it which took a month for him to get out of his recliner, but I digress, I opened the box and the dang think weighs 20lbs. I made sure the opening measurements were okay but never thought to think about the weight. I have a cheapy stainless sink from PO and I am afraid the weight of the disposal will pull it down. And... it can no longer be returned. Anyone have any opinions? TYIA
