We get together as a family( our sons, daughter in laws, grandkids and my parents ), 14 of us in total every Sunday at noon for lunch. My mom and I provided everything. On Mother's Day, my husband BBQs and my boys bring the sides and dessert. When everyone leaves I will probably hit the stores for some shopping with my mom!

My son is taking me to see Prince perform in Baltimore!!

I am just the stepmother, so I will be spending it cleaning and cooking and paying bills for skids while their bio mummy gets cards.

Honestly.... I haven't a clue. I hope I'm both surprised and not cooking. :) A Korean meal would be nice..... with some tiramisu for a sweet ending. Hint... Hint! ;)

I will probably bake my mom a cake.... she likes when I bake, a lot. :)

If I can have a peaceful day, I'd gladly skip the rest. OH, I almost forgot...... my new couch is coming Saturday ......Happy Mother's day to me! :) Okay.... I'm good!

My daughter and I are stringing beads to make necklaces and bracelets tonight because my mother is driving up on Friday night (tomorrow) to help me tile my kitchen. On Sunday afternoon we have reservations at a beautiful restaurant.

I plan to start my Mother's Day with coffee, Words with Friends, then my every Sunday am yoga class. Back home to putz in my yard, enjoying the blooms before getting ready to host dinner for Mom, my grown daughters, significant others, grandson, brother and his wife. Easy dinner, grilled steaks and veggies. No restaurants for us on Mother's Day!! Oh, and a few glasses of wine while cooking make it even nicer.

So far I haven't a clue !
