to have a lighter look I like to do white springs, or white galaxy on a lot of kitchens I do. It looks great with the white or off white cabinets. If you are looking for more of a contrast look you could do another granite that is common and can work with any colors called Giallo Veneziano. If you want color you could do a sage color another granite called sage brush. There are so many great granites out there. I like all the exotic granites too, but the movement might be too much in. All depends on your style and if you want to make that focal point statement on your counter tops. Good luck

Stefanie- I really like the white galaxy! Thank you so much.

Really, you could do anything that is beautiful to you! Everything from a bright white to a dark and stormy stone looks great with an off white cabinets. Are you going for a contrasting look (black and white)or a complementary look? (white and white). I would recommend going to a granite supplier who has lots of full slabs. Take a cabinet drawer or door along and just look for a stone that is beautiful to you! Almost any stone will match the neutral cabinets and wall color.
