What size TV is above the oven?

We're doing the same thing only we are not sure whether to have the TV size maximized to the space or to go with a smaller TV hidden behind "pocket doors". The viewers will be behind a (bar height) peninsula.

When putting a TV above an appliance it really comes down to preference. We have done it both ways for our customers. One of the things we find more often than not is that the cabinet in which the TV will sit is far deeper than necessary - if that is the case we recommend installing a false back that is anchored and using an arm mount to be able to pull the TV as far forward as possible. We prefer to maximize the space for the TV, but for our customers that prefer to not see the TV all the time we will hide the TV behind cabinet doors. That being said the cabinet doors we find work the best are the type that can roll back into the cabinet so that you dont have large cabinet doors open while people are walking through the area.
