Hello,

I am moving into a new house in two weeks and I am trying to figure out how to lay out the furniture to have a focus on the fireplace that is on the north wall of our rectangle living room and the TV that is mounted to the West wall. I like the idea of a sectional so you can see both but I am also considering two three-seater couches in an L shape with an oversized coffee table in between. Any suggestions? Pictures below are of the current owners furniture. My colors will be grey, beige and off white with accents of blue.
