Above ground is 1st story w/mudroom, master, kitchen, dining and living room. Downstairs are 2 more bedrooms 1 bath and den. The bedroom windows are in wall with full sun exposure. The slope to the land allows that wall to not have any ground against it. It appraises as 1 br b/c that is all that is technically above ground. However, space downstairs allows for tax benefits and utility savings.
