Growing Tip Dead

My Fleming Island Rachel was growing nicely until the aphids and mites found it. All of the leaves were damaged and I removed them. The villains at the smallest new leaves and although I thought I removed them carefully without touching the growing tips, the growing tips appear to be dead. Leaves are growing all along the stem from top to bottom. So, what do I do? Will this plant ever form a Y and bloom? Do I need to do anything special to it? Thanks

IT WILL grow a new growing tip from one of the top buds , but you need to treat the plant for mites and aphids , forbid works great for mites , and everything killes aphids but you need to treat them weekly because the grow so fast ( forbid is used twice a year ) I am trying rose systematic bug killer and rose food this year with good luck so far

I have treated it with Bonide systemic houseplant insect control for the aphids and a neem oil spray for the mites. I think I will stop the neem and purchase Forbid. . what kind of rose bug killer and food are you using? Thank U for your help

Wow, Forbid 4f is expensive. Ebay has 1/4 oz, 1/2 oz bottles. Is this enough to spray some houseplants?
