Just purchased this property in TX. We are replacing all the siding with lap style hardiplank. I'm at a loss for a good set of colors (primary and trim) to go with the brown-red brick (which will remain in place).

I'm leaning towards a reverse of the traditional and use a darker tone for the primary and lighter for trim.

Neighborhood is SF homes from the 80s. No HOA to control color choice, but way too many tans and creams. I'd like some color without making it too polarizing (this will be a rental property).

Would love to hear some suggestions!
