My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Is the subway tile white and matte or gloss? Also, what color grout is used in backsplash and floors? Thank you.

    Erica8648, The grout is a medium gray. I believe the subway tile has a gloss to it. Mandi @ Dura

    The main tile is from Ambiente Tile & Stone in Seattle and is Pillow Subway White Linen and is matte finish. The accent tile above range is Artistic Tile in Custom Blend 2 in Herringbone
