Budget products at best. You are correct to be concerned about their warranty. IMO look into other options .

thanks jeffpad. how does jeld-wen compare? that seems to be the other option with this builder

Jeld-Wen...... better but not much. Tell the board members what state you are in for a more focused answer from a local member.

We're in Idaho, and the home will have single hung, fixed and casement windows. cost is a consideration, so we are looking at vinyl. home is stucco. had wanted darker framed windows, but not offered in all product lines it appears. thanks

can you ask your builder if he can offer (for more money) a better window? I just do not know what is available in you area. Best of luck on your project.

I'm curious what you ended up going with? We are also in Idaho and our project manager has recommended Amsco Renaissance.

Just want to get a follow up on your amsco windows a few years out? We are in Texas so dont have the cold weather concerns. How was amsco with warranty requests?

We went with Amsco Renaissance windows and have had no problems/complaints so far. Cannot speak to the warranty as we haven't had any issues.

Great to hear! We are leaning towards Studio/Artisan series
