Beautiful Room !! The fireplace is the focal point in room . Can you place tv above fireplace . Then couch can go around that area . Two chairs by window with a small table .

TV looks like mine....not new which would preclude setting it on the mantle which is not usually recommended on this site anyway.

Is this your main living area? What colors do you like? You can go in any direction with color. Renting or buying!

You have a lot of big dark furniture so think about a piece of art that you like that has colors that you can pick up in your lamps, pillows. Light color lamp shades....three large items bunched up on one side of the mantle. As far as accessories "go big" rather than many little things...
