My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    No, actually it's not. I live in Holland and NEN 1010 is a Dutch regulation. Please check out www.nen.nl. Zone 0 means 0.6 meter inside a bath/showe/splashing water. It's not allowed to put a light or open electricity here. Zone 1 is a little bit wider, but syou still have to deal with protection class IP44.
