Where can I purchase brown and white stone like this?

Do you have trim around the windows up top that are painted the same color as walls or is it sheet-rocked. I love how they are present but not attention-grabing. Thanks.

No, there is no wood trim around the windows. The drywall goes right to the window frame.
We accomplished this by using a rounded corner bead and attaching the edge into a small cut in the window frame. It is meant to emulate the look of masonry walls with plaster coating.
