My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    We did use tile throughout the common spaces in this home. It was supplied to us by www.tierrasol.ca . The product is Patchouli and we used a mix of 6x36, 8x36 and 12x36 pieces.

    The beams on the roof look great - am I right in thinking they are not structural though? What type of timber are they and are they solid beams?
