Could this be a disease?

Hello,

I've grown many chrysanthemum but last year I started growing Chrysanthemum morifolium (Juhua) of which the flowers are used to make tea. The leaves have this mottled appearance(?), then I got another two (which could be different clones) from other sources but only one has the same appearance. So, is this a disease? I checked under their leaves and didn't see any mites or sign of insects or fungus. Could it be a plant virus? The plants are not stunt or anything. They produced flowers. I checked online and there are chrysanthemum mottle virus/viroid. If so, is there any treatment?

Thanks.
