My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

The inky blue shingles are gorgeous.

Would you consider sharing info on these shingles. A solid or semi-transparent stain, acrylic or oil-based? Color name and source would be very helpful. Very tasteful, elegant, and a show-stopping stunner!

    The shingles on this house are actually more green than blue. The shingles are western red cedar with Cabot 'Deep Forest' solid stain.
