Ok, the latest update to my favorite drawing on pictures program no longer lets me color everything white to erase current features so this looks aweful.

But basically, I assumed you need those bedrooms and several people will be sharing this bathroom. That one room is very far from the bathroom. I'd flip it with the laundry room, and add a 1/2 bath so one person monopolizing the bathroom won't prevent others from doing their business. Not to mention how helpful that will be when one or more people are sick and need to spend a few hours on the toilet! This also shows a pocket door on the 1/2 bath and a hall closet...because you will probably want a vacuum or broom on that floor given the size, plus it leaves the one in the bath for towels and bathroom supplies and provides a place for extra bedding for all those rooms and overflow paper goods storage, lightbulbs, etc.

You have plenty of inches for what I drew, but my finger isn't drawing great today so it will look a lot better drawn out on graph paper. The down side is no window in the bathroom, but a small one as originally included wouldn't provide much light anyway.
