depends on your style. I lean toward a more sleek spa-like modern look, but I have to say that I can see the appeal of using a chandelier to bring some glam to a more traditional bath!

I do not typically think of a chandelier in a bathroom. However the chandelier in the picture looks very nice!

I agree it has a lot to do with the style of the bathroom, and if it looks good in the space.

If my bathroom looked like that then absolutely! Of course if your bathroom is anything less than fancy, a chandelier will look out of place. Need a tall ceiling as well!

Keep in mind that you may need to hang it a certain height/distance away from the tub/sink to meet code. Depending on your setup, you also may need to get one rated for a certain amount of steam/dampness. Ask This Old House just posted about this on their website; they had some great info about the logistics of a chandelier in a bathroom.

I've always had them, even in the small bathroom I have now I have a small chandelier. I like them over bathtubs. That bathroom needs one over the tub.

Oh, and they are not hard to clean at all. Chandelier spray. That's all you need.

When it comes to decorating, most people give importance to there living room and outdoor. Chandelier in bathroom adds extra look, is something that we would like to have, decorating entire home is far better than concentrating only one or two.
