Help- I have 2 Dining Rooms right next to each other!!

So currently, I have a long dining table in the "formal" (right side) and a round table on the left side but I don't have pics of those on me currently. Not sure if this center wall is load-bearing yet or if we could possibly have removed. Unfortunately the kitchen granite does not really hang over enough for us to do bar stools and it would be in a walkway if we did anyways. Looking for ideas to make these feel different and not like two dining rooms. Also, I dislike the wet bar, but currently not sure if we would/could have this removed. Any help would be greatly appreciated : )

you've posted this before, and got a lot of awesome comments?.....
you can always have walls removed and put in support beam
you can always remove the wet bar cap the water
you can always extend the kitchen which seems very odd for the space available.
but you have to have the money to do any of it.
close the pass through to really separate the spaces, make the formal a library, office reading nook.
or put the round table in the formal area and create an indoor outdoor space where the french doors are with some wicker furniture and a small table for coffee in the morning.
the options are endless... the budget probably isn't.

Agree with flair, you posted a half dozen posts in and around this space. If you are unable or unwilling to take on advice already suggested, perhaps you need to reach out to a designer in your area.
