Help...Brookhaven or Decora kitchen cabinets?

I have narrowed down my kitchen cabinet choices to Brookhaven and Decora. Brookhaven is about $2,000 more but I am concerned about the long term quality and wear of both brands. I am using white cabinets for the walls and a stain on the island. What do you think? I'm sick over this. Seems silly but, I am spending a significant amount and am afraid to make the wrong choice and have regrets later.

We bought Decora. It has been 2 years. However, I would never recommend using Home Depot for the purchase. They made multiple costly mistakes. I would buy Decora again but I would purchase it from a private distributor. I like the many customizations that we made. (Brookhaven was a great cabinet also.) Decora was extremely accommodating and helped me through all of Home Depot's mistakes.

I would not use Kraftmaid. The quality has seriously diminished over the past few years. Every company I interviewed made the same comments about Kraftmaids recent decline in quality.

I used Kraftmaid for a remodel as well, not happy. The doors are very flimsy and you have to very careful when you open and close them. The aren't going to last. They were very cheap though!

What cabinets did you end up going with and are you happy? I'm looking at Decora and Brookhaven. They quoted Decora at $800 LF!! That seemed outrageous for a Home Depot cabinet.
