Tree ID Help

Hello, My parents bought a house. It has this tree that I thought was just maybe some sort of landscaping tree, but the leaves just seem so mango-like. I'm thinking that it probably wasn't taken care of. But it just doesn't look fully mango. But it has that leaf shape. I am leaning towards tropical because about 15 feet away is a 16-18foot June Plum tree (beautiful) and of course some coconut palms. Any help would be appreciated. I also find that it looks like certain eucalyptus.. But that's it.

It does look unhealthy. And I agree, the leaves look to be Mango. The branch structure doesn't look very 'mango-ish' though. But definitely doesn't look like any Eucalyptus.

Yeah, the Eucalyptus I was thinking, Eucalyptus Ptychocarpa, might be "re-classified" as Corymbia Ptychocarpa.. http://www.plantsofasia.com/index/corymbia_ptychocarpa/0-763 but it has a similar look, and if distressed, I thought could be a possibility..

It was probably about 20 years ago that the sub-genus Corymbia was taken out of Eycalyptus and put into its own genus. But Corymbia ptychocarpa, Swamp Bloodwood, is a very common tree around here and pretty readily recognisable. I still don't think that's it, although as you say, being quite sickly could give mis-impressions of its ID. There should be large old gumnuts laying around if it is the Corymbia. Trees that height are flowering age.

It looks more like either a nectarines or Peaches...
