My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hi, thanks for asking. Stucco colour is Grey Cloud by Synergy Stucco (synergy.basf.com).

    Hi Grace- what material did you go with for the column & brand? Since Im in the Northeast and wood is not very harsh weather friendly, I am debating between permacast vs permalite fiberglass from HB&G. Appreciate your response. Thanks!

    I know it is not wood for the same reason as yours with Toronto's severe winter. I know it is some sort of fiberglass material that my builder custom built on site & we had them painted with Ben Moore OC-38. My builder is currently back building my garage, I will ask him & get back to you with accurate info. Whatever the material is it is holding up very well against our extreme weather
