Twisted Blossom Quilt Along

I found this quilt along that uses a ruler I bought last spring. I thought this would be a good way to try it out. The pattern I bought it for is a BOM at the LQS. DD and I thought we could do it on our own so I bought the pattern and the ruler. She has been too busy to start it and I really wanted to try the ruler. The quilt along uses a different pattern so I bought another to go with the ruler.

Has anyone here used this ruler? I think I am going to like using it but it is pattern specific.

I've tried a different ruler that produces that same curved section. I adopted a friend's UFO (&ruler) and felt that I (sh)could finish it. I ended up throwing it all in the trash!

I may try the ruler again sometime, but I really didn't like it. Your block looks great, so maybe the difference in the ruler made all the difference.

Never tried the ruler but your block is very interesting and should make a great quilt.

The block is very nice...if I had more free time, I'd love to give it a try. I've checked out the web site, and peek periodically...curve blocks are on my to do list for retirement.
