My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    This room is 20 feet wide [fireplace wall] by 22 feet long, and the ceiling peak is 12 foot 6 inches high.
    [The ceiling height and room proportion were determined by the arc of the circular windows and the center point of the arc is the floor line at the fireplace.]

      The fireplace stone is Pennsylvania Field Stone.
      The hearth [which extends across the entire room and acts as a walk-in threshold for the doors] is bluestone.
