Cream subway or square pale tumbled marble. Pick up the lightest color in your granite.

That backsplash (above) is called Pure Vanilla Mix Brick glass mosaic.

Love the combination of your counter and cabinets. I would pull the lighter colors from the granite for the backsplash. Possible a mosaic tile or something with a gold shimmer. This home is a great example of a more mosaic look

I love this unique tile look, but it may be too busy for your taste.

Here is the last option, very mild and sleek but plays up those golden hues.

Which ever way you go, I would definitely install under cabinet tape light to illuminate those gorgeous countertops and highlight the backsplash you do fall in love with.

The mosaic is nice except it's a little small for my taste and with a larger tile it could be less busy. The granite already has a pattern in it that you more than likely don't want to mess with. Consider a 4x12 or other larger tile in a neutral color that looks dazzling with the granite and cabinet

The shaker style door tends to be a more updated look while Venetian gold is a busier more traditional granite. Because the granite is busier, I would for sure go with a calmer backsplash.
