My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Appliance help~~ GE Profile vs GE Cafe

I'm getting ready to replace some outdated appliances and am locked in on these two. I am looking at French Door with Ice/Water dispenser in stainless (I'd rather go slate but have been told stainless for resale). Refrigerator has to be cabinet depth, stove has to be a slide in.......these 2 factors cause me grief.

I can't decided whether there's really that much difference between the Profile PYE22PSHSS vs Cafe CYE22TSHSSS that at resale will matter? We will most likely move in 2 years. (the Cafe has a hot water dispenser that I really like!) Whatever, I choose I will use the complete series. (and which do you prefer? single oven w/warming or double oven?)
