My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

does this have some type of finish on it ?

I want a teak that will fade to a nice weathered gray and I do not want one that has a finish on it that will prevent that. Also I'd like to be able to add Instant Gray .

    Thanks for your question. I don't know what instant grey is but if it's a teak product, it shouldn't be a problem. This table has no stain or sealer or anything applied to it. The surface is sanded to a smooth finished and buffed but no products were added to alter the finish.
