Including the seat it is approx 6'x6' for wall to exterior. It may vary a few inches from the drawings - they always do. We find that many clients are looking to lose that large tub in the Master and have a larger shower. We typically advise them to always have one tub or tub/shower combo in the house though.

What a relief - we have long wanted to lose the (dust collecting) jetted tub and replace it with a shower on the same footprint - while turning the existing tiny shower into a linen closet. Glad to know it won't ruin resale.
