My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What are the siding and roofing types/mfgs?

    Horizontal siding is solid stained beveled cedar....no particular mfg, Vertical siding is fiber cement...similar to James Hardee, Inc. products installed in a board and batten style. Roofing is western red cedar...available from multiple mgfs. Not sure which Mfg. was used.
