Middle one as well. It is a 'neutral' in the best sense of the word. You can turn everything cool/grey today...and then when you want to warm up the space with a different colour (like beige, taupe, etc) you can do so without worrying about a colour/tone clash.

Anytime you can work with a floor that will go both "warm wood" or "cool gray", you give yourself the largest range of options for the next 20 years of "fashion".

I can't see the numbers so I like the second one from the bottom.

Oh my! I like the first one. It is the least "gray" and has a nice contrast with the carpet.

I like the top two choices.

For a fitness room I'd go for either the last one or the second last, depending on how dark the room is from before. I fancy the extraordinary colours of these laminates.

I actually just put the "2nd one from the top" in my Fitness room. It looks awesome. It brightens the room up & makes it look bigger.

I like 2 and 4. 2 to introduce some natural look wood and 4 to coordinate with the carpet. Both work.

Assuming that the workout equipment is going to have quite a bit of black and chrome on it, I would choose the last one/first from the bottom. You didn't state how large the room is and darker colors on the floor plane will make the room look smaller.

I like the middle one and the one right below it. The middle is neutral and light without being too yellow like the one above so it gives you lots of options for paint colour. Is it a Laminate or a Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP)? It kind of looks like it might be a LVP in the photo which I would definitely go with for a work out room!

Are you wanting a near seamless transition from work out room to main room? Then the middle one would do that. (But I like the top one the best.)

i like the top one. You also have to think about what will show less dust/mess. Also easy to clean!

I'm in the process of also doing a fitness room. I had two similar colors left over from the building of our house in the boardwalk series and have just about decided to come up with a design that will incorporate both tiles. Should really give some dimension to the room. My idea is to border the room with one and then fill in the field with a herringbone design. : )
