My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Large scale exterior before and after

We are in the process of completely gutting this crazy house. The person who built it used PINK marble 12x12 tiles and plastic faux orange stone. Yes, you read that right. We knew this ugly house could be something..eventually. This was the only part of the house we have hired out. Our contractor used our inspiration pictures and made it beautiful!! My husband and I built the cedar columns, shutters, and window boxes, but every thing else was done by our contractor! We still have to brick the foundation and steps.

      Everyone knows it as the mausoleum house! So many people were confused as to why we bought "that ugly mausoleum house!" None of our neighbors are able to see us until the leaves fall, but they are definitely going to be surprised!!

      What a beauty!! Great work building the columns, shutters and window boxes yourselves. They look wonderful. Love the color choices as well. Good bye pink marble, hello sophisticated color scheme! Sophisticated, but you still have the fun pop of color on the front door. Well done!!

      You ruined the perfect Zombie Apocalypse House. No windows on the first floor. All you had to do was to plant a couple of tombstones and the Zombies would have passed right by you. Now you will have to fight them off like the rest of us. HA! Seriously, beautiful job.
