Is it a 2 story or 1 1/2? How many bedrooms?

Could you post a rough image floor plan? I can't seem to locate it on your website. It is a beautiful home. Unfortunately we do not live anywhere near your area.

This is a one story with a bonus room. The total square footage was about 2420sf. It is a Donald A. Gardner plan, "The Marley." Could the garage be modified such that it is a 3 car garage? Would the house still look good?

This home could easily be modified. Donald A. Gardner Architects offers modification services directly for each of their plans and can guide you through the process. I am planning to purchase the Marley plan from Donald Gardner, I would like to know if the siding you used was Hardi Plank? Also what company did you source the Stone Veneer from?

Your construction pictures on Facebook really inspired us to go with Donald Gardner.

Thank you for your questions and kind comments. We did use Hardie Lap siding for the Marley. The stone was a blend by ProStone Veneer. (50% Tuscan Cobble - Smoked Oyster, 50% Ledgestone - Glacier Valley). You can access other products we used via our Pinterest page http://www.pinterest.com/swhomebuilders/sullivan-residence/.
