My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    It looks like Hickory/Pecan flooring with a natural clear finish. Its very pretty!

    Based on the color variation, and character we would have to agree - Hickory/Pecan. Here's another example, the boards are a little wider so you don't get quite as much variation, but you can easily grade the floors to have more character and variation if you prefer that.
