Oh looking forward to that! What app are you using? Is it readily available? I am impressed with it no end!

Slipcover the large sofa with a pattern that compliments the leather lounger. Put the coffee table 18" or less from the large sofa. Remove the vertical blinds and put high tech UV film on the windows. Use stationary panes at both ends of the window. If you want TV here, rework the shelf system right of the FP and put on new doors with some detail. You could remove all the shelves and set a large TV on the base.

Any suggestions for the fireplace? Thinking about adding mantel or even stonework.

    Here are my suggestions.

The leather loveseat doesn't appear to complement the style you've started for the room. Replace it with two lounge chairs and place the round table with the lamp between the two chairs. One of the round tables can go away. The rocker, if not required just adds clutter to the room IMO. The navy pillows seem too dark for the room.

Paint the fireplace wall a wedgewood blue paint to complement your rug and install a larger painting on the wall. Eliminate the curved wood fascia board above the shelves. Add blue drapes.

I like the spaciousness of the room and I think there are some really doable ideas. Moving furniture is a great way to start!

I like the sofa where is it and agree that you need two swivel recliners with lighter lines and a dramatic corner chair with its back to the sliding doors to add extra seating and balance that side of the room. I think they should be done in colors you lift from the area rug; lighter or darker but a coordinating color.

Find a lower modern end table, it should be between one inch lower and one inch higher than arm of new table, to go between the two new chairs and place a small detail table by the new big chair at the window. I think it should be wood tone to relate to flooring in the room and add some softness.

Good furniture placement but wrong colors and feel.

Place mirror behind the shelving on the wall for brightness and add puck lights to brighten the corner. Replace white shelves with a natural wood tone shelves that will relate to the hardwood floor.

This room reminds me of your room with the large sliding windows, fireplace placement, kitchen and eating area behind. Goo possibility for furniture placement and style of chairs to match your sofa.
