Need help with my backsplash

I am installing an Absolute black honed granite countertop and want to use Carrara subway tile for the backsplash. I don't know how to select the tile. I need 50 sq. ft. but I want to make sure I get tiles with enough vein in them. Need ideas on how to accomplish this.
