Which are the exact measurements, because we have an existing mattress?

No, the mattress is not included. We do have a free mattress promotion going on, but that requires the purchase of the bed + nightstands + dresser. For the Worth bed, the nightstands are included, so then only the dresser would need to be added. Otherwise, if you order the bed only, the mattress is not included.
