My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your inquiry. The wood is white oak select grade and the stain is custom made by Feil, Inc.. We matched the stain of the treads, handrail and posts to the engineered wood floors installed (French Oak - Europa Pearl).
