Make sure you know how many CFMs it will require for a range hood. The required range hoods required for these large restaurant type ovens can be very costly. Some states regulate how many CFMs can be used in a residential setting without adding mechanical air replacement. Check with your local code enforcement officer.

justine7700 did you end up with a Verona? I am considering the Verona 36" double oven.

Robin - I know I am going to order the Verona but I haven't decided on single vs double oven. I cheeked my biggest cookie sheet and it will fit in the larger side, so I am leaning towards that one.

did anyone ever purchase and use the double oven- love the look , wondering function????
