My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Thanks for your question and the complement about our work!

    The toilet in the picture is an American Standard Boulevard one piece toilet. There are other toilets out there that have the similar look of an enclosed trapway ( the skirt around the toilet base) but in a 2 piece toilet, which will cost less than a one piece toilet. One is the American Standard Studio 2 piece and another is a Gerber Avalanche CT ( Concealed Trapway) HET ( High efficiency Toilet) model #20-832.
