I responded to your post on the Building a Home thread. But you did not respond to any of the questions I asked.

Do you have "single knobs" ( I assume that means one screw hole, instead of two if you have pulls). What about a light rail under the upper cabinets? Does any of this need to be scribed to the walls because of "waviness"? Any appliances being paneled?

What's missing is the incorporation of the design into the contract and the assumltion of responsibility for providing the measurements for that design. And the coordination with the designer.

Thank you for all if your feedback. The cabinets will be installed by our GC. Appliances/sink/garbage diaposal are installed by GC on T&M. The electrical/water hookups are all in.

Single knobs are a bit of a surprise. We have quite a few pulls. Do you usually specify the number of single knobs & pulls in the bid?
