My 2cents on double doors…. they come in handy when moving in large furniture (but how often do you actually have to do that?) but they are kind of a pain when you are buying a new wreath or holiday decoration, because you always have to buy two of everything (minor annoyance). I would choose a paint color for front door that maybe ties in with the colors you have inside (blue, green, aqua?)…. and then purchase a couple of flower pots in same color for the front porch area to tie it all in. Thank you, both! I really like those colors! They coordinate with the colors inside as well (blue/grey) as flsharon suggested. I never thought about having to have two wreaths, etc. That would be annoying. Plus I keep reading about double doors being drafty and the seal not being tight. Since that is one of the reasons we are replacing the door, we probably should stick with a single. Thanks so much for your thoughts!
