When you say, "all by myself", do you mean you will pick up a pencil and draw your own blue prints; submit papers to city hall; dig your own foundation; pour the concrete with your own hands?

Or do you mean you are the only one deciding on what you want? Big difference. First: start interviewing local architects who specialize in your "style". Second: talk with the bank to discuss your financing options. Third: hire real estate agent to help you find your plot of land.

Once you've done steps 1-3, give us a call with design questions. If you haven't done any of the 3 steps, you are 1-2 years away from needing our help.

hi ..thanks for your reply ... ummm 2nd option ... I am the only one ...... and I have done all 3 steps ..... now I think I am going to need deigns ,,,maps ...and much more to go ...and there I. need your help .... I like ..modern and different styles....in almost everything.. thanks again ....
