Need help with BLUM runners

Hello,
I need to add two drawers to a cabinet. the hardware already in the cab is BLUM 563.533.03B. So I will purchase 2 more. The BLUM mfg site says not to use rear bracket:, however all my cabs have a white plastic socket (bracket) which i cannot find anywhere on the web/Blum site (PN seems to be 295 363) which holds the runner. What can I use to support the runner in the back?
What if I do not have the mid rail? I can still screw on mid stile piece but would it be enough? Is it better to find a spacer? Thanks
