My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The key idea was to follow some of the design principles underlying the Bauhaus style. You can read more about the specific goals and inspiration behind this project at http://www.hoos.ca/HH-Design/Bauhaus-1, where you also find a detailed description of the more unusual features of the space, including the magic mirror, smart windows, triple swiss shower system and colour-changing lights.
